Tooth extraction: I assume you are referring to serial extractions where the bicuspid or, pre-molar teeth, which most of us have eight, are extracted to provide space for all of the other teeth to line up correctly. The procedure itself should be pain free once local anesthesia is given. You may be given the option of sedation to make you feel more comfortable. Ask about options as there may be many. Good luck.
