Can i get my cavities filled and my molars sealed after i get spacers/separators (for braces) put in?

Fix cavities first: You can, but fix cavities first, then spacers. If your orthodontist doesn't tell you to get your cavities fixed before putting on your spacers, get a different orthodontist.
