My report says we both felt the finding is not enough to explain a significant left to right shunt with normal hemodynamics on the echo. so do i have left to right sshunt? i am confused ?

Not enough info: Without the entire report and knowing why the echo was ordered no one here has adequate information to answer this question. Please ask the doctor who ordered the test to explain the results and if further testing is needed. It is his or her job to answer your question.

Radionuclide flow: Your cardiologist can order a radionuclide flow study, which will demonstrate a left-to-right shunt and and better quantify it. That is much simpler than a heart catheterization, which could also define the problem.
