Do not worry: The difference between 1-4 and 3-5 is not meaningful. Wish you good health. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

Confused by lab variation. Over past 2yrs my lipase has been checked intermittently. At one lab I'm always slightly elevated, but at another I'm normal. Initial symptoms of burning stomach for which I had a normal endoscopy and CT scan. PPI helps. ?
