Correct: What do you mean by papvr? Hemodynamics is a general term for variations in your heart rate and blood pressure. It sounds like your heart is functioning normally and your "hemodynamics" are not affected. Even if your RV is slightly enlarged, your doctor may recommend watchful waiting.
