D/w ur oncologist: Go to see your oncologist and discuss about your breast pain. Update your mammogram if you are due for one. Need to get your breast examined definitely. Sometimes, you can have a sharp needle pin prick sensation on surgical site -however due to your history with dcis-f/u with your md and discuss further step.

The fibroadenoma: could be causing pain, but you need to see your doc for an evaluation. Pain in the biopsy site that begins 1 year after the biopsy is not due to the biopsy.
