Abdominal pain: Your description of pain is very nonspecific and i can't really say whether or not it's from your c-section. If it's pain from the c-section it would not come up all of a sudden after two years , it's more likely that it be a chronic condition continuing after your surgery. It may be gastrointestinal , or consult your doctor.
