Quite possibly: MRI findings suggest sinusitis, probably chronic, depending on duration of symptoms. Discuss with FP or ENT ways of alleviating symptoms—decongestants + NSAID, for example. But ENT may suggest surgery to widen openings to sinuses to promote better drainage.
