Simple head trauma can trigger intense and unexpected headaches up to two weeks after the injury. When the event doesn't involve immediate loss of consciousness, memory loss, changes in sensation or balance, etc. it is hard to make a case for any concussion.

No specific strength of a head injury causing a concussion. It is also dependent on the place of the head that was hit or how it turned. Although you may not have a concussion, headache and "not feeling right" can be signs. You should be examined by a doctor to determine that and if it's not a concussion, that may allay your worry. Physical rest and "brain rest" are the treatments for a concussion.
