2nd ever migraine (w/aura) 3 days ago, vision still doing weird things. probably unrelated but mouth really dry lately and peeing a lot. what's up?

Comorbidity?: Check the blood sugar level. The two symptoms of diabetes: polyuria - the need to urinate frequently polydipsia - increased thirst ; fluid intake. It also could be a part of the neurologic inflammation during the aura phase. Hope it helps.

Not related: Thirst and increased urination may be signs of diabetes, so you should see your doctor and be checked for diabetes.
