Emboli: The distribution of where an embolus can go depends on the location of the source of the embolus, so multiple emboli usually go to multiple different places. The neurologic symptoms of an embolus are called "TIA" transient ischemic attack. Migraine aura are often repeated in the same location, but they're not caused by an embolus.
