Suffer chronic migraine . rarely get auras with it ,maybe once a month . this attack aura went and headache started but then aura repeated later on in day . what causes this ? vision still feels slightly off today ?

All migraines are triggered by internal or external events, and what you describe is not unusual. The visual issue should resolve over next 1-2 days, as the post-dromal situation resolves. Suspect you will do best with an effective preventative approach, such as a CGRP category injection once monthly.
