Probably: With a history of migraines, this is likely a complex migraine that can have various symptoms such as the ones you described. Reassuringly, you have already had MRI with contrast. I would treat as a migraine but if you experience these migraines frequently during the month, please speak to you primary care provider for preventative medication.
