? something else: If you have a negative ct scan, and still have headaches and neck pain i would suggest you to look for other causes. Migraine headache is one of the other common conditions. If you don't have a family history of aneurysm and work up is negative, may be normal variant of headaches but if you have a family history and symptoms persist, you may need an MRI of brain.

Yes: If you have good reason to believe that you might have an aneurysm such as family history or other predisposing medical condition, there are other more definitive tests such as a ct angiogram or a brain mra. It is reasonable to try to find the cause for your headaches although commonly there is no definite cause. You should talk to your primary doctor or a neurologist for further guidance.

Aneurysms: Would not be a cause of your symptoms. Check with a neurologist about ways to control headaches and to get a thorough neurological exam.
