On apixaban,bumped head 5 days ago lightly.had ct the next day all clear. ever since, still dealing with a headache & neck ache & a bit of dizziness. do i need another ct scan? at what point am i considered to be in the clear? days or weeks?

Your symptoms are consistent with post concussion syndrome and they usually fade away in couple of weeks. In case symptoms persist for more or worsen you should seek medical attention.
