If you have history of migraine, often, over time, character of headache pattern and intensity may vary. This is absolutely not how aneurysms behave. A neurologist could provide prophylactic medication to break up what appears to be an emerging chronic pattern. Imaging might be reassuring but unlikely to provide change in therapy decisions.
