Obesity: The blood pressure is elevated due to obesity and a 10% reduction in weight would likely correct it without medication. The BP is mildly elevated. It is not wise to wait for wt reduction - the finding should be confirmed with multiple home measurements and treated with meds if the average is reproducible. The med can be stopped if wt reduction becomes successful.

BP too high: You may have hypertension (htn). You should get several BP readings at different times of day. The best way to get BP down is weight loss using exercise and diet. Medications are probably also needed. 330 lbs is considered morbidly obese and increases your risk of htn, heart disease, diabetes, and stroke. You should speak to your primary care doctor about it as soon as possible.
