Need more info: This is not a problem which can be solved over the internet. You need to go back and see your doctor. Make a list of each and every one of your symptoms and the sequence in which they occurred, and any other associated things you think are relevant and take this with you to the doctor and be examined and perhaps have imaging studies and labs.
