MS has clinical: Findings involving muscle weakness, eyesigh issues, or black outs, where it looks normal, but they can't see out! with anxiety, it's more of an emotional state of non-well being within, feeling ansty, possibly impatient, irritated, 'ants in the pants' feeling that most ms patients don't exhibit. Also, physical findings of muscle weakness is not as evident in anxiety. Most anxiou spts. Don't have ms.

Sounds like worry: MS does not present with just anxiety, and although emotional features are invariably present, you sound in need of therapy, so, find a counselor, such as psychologist or psychiatrist. Maybe you have panic attacks, which can be readily treated.
