Depends: It depends on your symptoms. You really should address simple evaluation with a general medical doctor to address your concerns and to rule out/in any firm diagnosis.

Symptoms are?: What are your symptoms? Send one of us some more information to help you. The symptoms of MS and anxiety are a lot different. What makes you consider these two as the cause? NMO normally affects vision. If your vision is not affected, you can cross that off your list. We can help you determine the cause if you are willing to discuss the case.

More information: Be a bit more specific, as anxiety can occur due to multiple causes, and MS and Neuromyelitis Optica cause very different symptoms.
