Food: A well balanced diet is a good start. A good multivitamin often suffices. In china they advise everyone over 40 to take vit d3. In this country, or at least in my neck of the woods, in my experience roughly 80 percent of people over the age of 40 are running a deficit. That and B12 need to be checked (blood test). I also recommend that people consider taking 500 to 600 mg of vitamin c.
