Eat Well, 1 MVI (multivitamin) day: Most of our nutritional needs can be satisfied by eating a diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains prepared with minimal processing. Several servings of oily fish should be eaten weekly. Additional fat should include nuts, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated choices with limited saturated and trans fats. Avoid sweets. One multivitamin / mineral supplement daily will meet other needs.
