Clarify the question: I can't speak directly to a product I have never heard of (and that does not appear to be available in the united states) but "vitamin b17" is also known as Laetrile and has been associated with cyanide poisoning. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved Laetrile as a medical treatment in the United States.
