Yes: Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) over the counter is Meclizine 25 mgm. It will cause drowsiness. The problem is you do not know why you have the vertigo, nor do you know if it is the result of inflammation in the inner ear or the brain. Although the dramamine (dimenhydrinate) will give you some relief of the vertigo, i urge you to get a diagnosis before treatment.
