Dizziness: Generally medication induced dizziness is caused by lowering blood pressure or heart rate and the type of dizziness is lightheadedness and not true vertigo. In my opinion vertigo is usually an inner ear disorder and if caused by medication the toxicity would have to damage the inner ear structures. An Otolaryngologist or neurologist can advise you best about this.
