Backwards thinking: You're starting at the end: what treatments? Instead of at the beginning: what is it & what is the cause? Vertigo is like pain: it's not a disease, it's a symptom. Like pain it can have many causes, from trivial to serious. Often no specific cause can be found. THEN you go to (symptomatic) treatment. See your doctor & find out what it is; THEN what you can do about it.
