Yes, harder to treat: The best treatment for ovarian cancer is surgery, and the earlier it is caught, the better the chance for cure. Early ovarian cancer causes vague symptoms like bloating, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, or feelings of pressure. These non-specific symptoms mean ovarian cancer is often not diagnosed until later, when it is harder to treat.
