Lean muscles: To tone muscles, you need to do many reps of low or medium weight and lose body fat. Don't do heavy weights at low reps because that makes muscles larger, not lean. Push ups will tone pecs and triceps. Pull-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts to tone other muscle groups. Eat a balanced diet, including lean proteins and fresh fruits and veggies. You'll be ready by summer if you stay consistent.
