Diet/exercise: Big part of weight loss is diet. Maximize your diet with increased fruits and veggies. Make sure u are getting cardiovascular exercise as well as resistance training. You can also start an ab workout. If you have been working out well and can't get increased stamina you would want to check with your doctor to make sure there are no other medical issues going on.
