Probably not: It really depends on how sore you are and what type of workout you did. If you did an aerobic workout, I think you could still do one after a day of rest with your intensity and duration based on how you feel. If you did a weight or resistance workout and you're still sore after 2 days I'd take an extra day of rest. You have to learn to listen to your body and not overdo it or you'll get injured.
