Uni- or Bilateral?: Passing a kidney stone can be a miserable & prolonged experience. Unless you had symptomatic stones in BOTH kidneys, it is less likely that bilateral muscle cramping is stone-related than due to something else. If persistent symptoms, or bilateral, sounds like an evaluation is appropriate however.
