Pap: P16 has to do with hpv (p16 would be present if hpv) and p63 has to do with a less likely type of cervical cancer called adenocarcinoma. P63 would be absent with adenocarcinoma.

Not much: This is still experimental and has actually generated little interest. I'm glad that p16 was not expressed which suggests a relatively non-aggressive lesion.
