None known: There are no known interactions of black cohosh ; fenugreek but little is known about interactions amongst herbs; but herbs are commonly used in combination ; adverse interactions are rare. But i'm curious as to why you'd use it; black cohosh is seldom used by men due to its estrogen-like effects ; has more side effects than most herbs: http://altmedicine.About.Com/od/blackcohosh/a/blackcohosh.Htm.

No danger: Not sure of the benefit, may contradict each other. Could not find much literature of what the black cohash does.

Not wise w/o ND guid: Black cohosh is associated with some risk of cancer metastasis (http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/18922910), and not encouraged w/o a naturopath guidance due to potential problems. Fenugreek reported to give 'maple syrup' like odor, which can lead physicians to pursue metabolic workup. Consult an nd or other holistic practitioner if considering.
