Yes unless pregnant: It is safe to take fenugreek and a prenatal vitamin. Fenugreek has many benefits. Due to estrogen-like properties it can enhance lactation, reduce menstrual cramps and reduce menopausal symptoms but it is advised to not use fenugreek while pregnant as it might increase risk of miscarriage. No.: No ! they are cuter but not better for you. Don't break the bank on these- a generic or over the counter prenatal is fine.

Many options: Over the counter prenatal vitamins, an adult multivitamin, or even two flintstones chewables are all good options for most healthy pregnant women.
