Yes, qualified : The only problem with fenugreek seeds is the potential contamination with a dangerous form of the bacteria e. Coli. When used as a food or in traditional manner as a spice it is healthy if free of contamination or in cooked food. It may decrease the risk of gestational diabetes. It increases milk production of nursing mothers.
