GERD or gallbladder: Now that cardiac w/u reveals nothing, then the next process in the differential would be gallbladder or esophageal issues. You may have reflux disease or esophageal spasm. You could have biliary colic or dyskinesia. Talk to your doctor. In the meantime, eat a lower fat diet, don't eat large meals or lie down after meals. If it's spasm, drinking tepid water could help.
