You are good: no stress test is enough the nuclear on is done only on patient that could not do the regular stress test so you are OK from cardiac point of view other reason for chest pressure are stress and anxiety make sure you minimize that even if you have to take medicine for it spasm in esophagus and reflux can cause chest pressure medication can help watch your diet and follow with your physician

No: Do you smoke? Do you have hypercholesterolemia or insulin resistance? Are you obese? Are you anxious? If yes then I will suggest you adopt a healthy life styles. If No then stop thinking that all chest pressure are coming from heart. Remember other organs in that area such as muscle, ribs, cartilage, membranes etc which could be the source of symptom. For you no indication of nuclear stress test.
