Lymphadenopathy: If the ENT and you primary do not recommend further evaluation it could be benign but if concerned seek a second opinion.

Lymph Nodes: Swollen lymph nodes mean your immune system is healthy and doing it's job. Humans have no idea how many bacteria, viruses and other foreign invaders our immune system keep at bay every day. In general this is a sign of health. If they grow or become painful then the doctor should be informed.
