Hematologist: You may consult a hematologist for an enlarged lymph node. Why is the cheek swollen? If the ENT did not evaluate that, that may be a more important issue than a slightly enlarged node. It would be preferable for you to consult your primary care provide and let her/him guide the evaluation.

See your dentist: Swollen cheek with or without presence of pain from your teeth could be a result of a tooth infection. I recommend you visit your dentist and have them take some X-rays and evaluate the area.

Oral Surgeon: See the Oral Surgeon. It might just be your Parotid gland or your duct (Stenson's) which may be irritated. Get checked out. Good Luck.

See a dentist ASAP: A tooth infection won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your body. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. See your dentist ASAP for tooth infection.
