It's not normal for: People with anxiety to awaken from sleep with shaking. Most anxiety symptoms go away with sleep. You may be having bad dreams resulting in increased anxiety, or night terrors or some other issue. If your anxiety is that bad, you should be seeing a mental health professional for help with therapy and perhaps meds for it. Your doctor can also consider a sleep study. This is not a normal situation.

Therapy: For anxiety can be very helpful. Sleep deprivation can make anxiety worse and make it difficult for you to focus/concentrate. Ask you doc to consider ordering a sleep study for you and lab work for hormone levels. The very best to you.
