Depends: Depending on more history, it can be hypnic jerks which occur during transition from sleep to wake and wake to sleep. Periodic limb movements or myoclonus may be other reasons for the shaking. It is recommended to see a sleep medicine specialist to discern the cause in more detail. Hope that helps!
