Myoclonus, involun-: tary, rapid contraction & relaxation of a muscle or group of muscles can occur in normal kids. Video a few episodes for her pediatrician, who'll need to know if it happens only when you wake her or also when she awakens naturally, if it lasts > 15-20 minutes, if her head & body growth & her development are normal ( use screens on first signs.org) & if there is a family history of epilepsy.
