Cholesterol is made by every animal (incl, human) cell not correct issue, promoted for ?$ way to guess at LDL but commonly quite misleading, esp. On individual basis. Get NMR lipoprotein assay: high accuracy. Lfhc foods worsen LDL ; hdl, hflc improve, along with individualize use of Crestor (rosuvastatin) + Zetia + enduracin (?slowly to avoid flushing). Get LDL <700 nmol/l ;.
