Consult physician : Hi, the causes of this pain are too numerous. It also seems like u r taking Nexium (esomeprazole) so acid peptic disorders have been considered. A gastroscopy can be considered -if neg. A further work up to assess the pancreas( pancreatitis) biliary tract( stones) vascular system( ischemia) can be considered. Please consult with your gp to further direct investigation.
