Could be from UR GI: When taking proton pump inhibitors, often it doesn't allow for enough stomach acid to break down foods fully, so you have partially digested foods. Be sure to chew your food well, at least 20 chew 20 times before swallowing. If this continues, speak to your doctor about your Nexium (esomeprazole) dosing. Something's going on!

Abdomen GI: You need a gastrointestinal evaluation it could be the intestines. An ulcer , gall bladder , pancreas. The image does not show up - sorry.
