Not oxygen: It sounds likely that you have sleep apnea--hence the sleep study. Should pay attention to how you breathe, though--if you "mouth breathe, " then nasal cannula oxygen is less likely to be helpful and you may need to put cannula on upside down so prongs point to mouth, particularly when going to bed. Need close follow up and rapid evaluation. Good luck!
