I have a oximeter that shows my heart rate. It does normal rythem. But it has been dipping down when my pulse goes up. I have been so tired that I fall asleep for 2 days now. No chest pains, no shortness of breath?

Can GERD give you shortness of breath? Sometimes when I check my oxygen levels with a pulse oximeter, my heart rate is fine, but my oxygen evels will change sometimes from 97 to 94 randomly, not sure if it has to do with my GERD symptoms?
