No: No and congrats on lifestyle changes. A sleep study is a diagnostic aid in helping to determine sleep apnea and if it is mild, moderate or severe. No need to have anxiety. If you are anxious, it may make the sleep study less effective because you may not be able to sleep to help the sleep lab get accurate readings.
