Not necessarily: Because either they are normal or abnormal but treatable. Wouldn't be alarmed, but would listen to the advice and the reasons supporting that advice.

No: No reason for alarm. Doctors usually ask patients to return for a follow up after testing has been done in order to discuss results and treatment if indicated. Good luck!
