Maybe: Chromic hypotension can but some people run a low blood pressure as baseline. So it depends what your baseline BP was. The best way to boost your metabolism is to follow a low-carb, higher lean protein diet in the form of three meals and 2 to 3 snacks. Also adding daily exercise such as walking, running, hiking yoga, spinning or pilates and circuit training will definitely boost your metabolism.
